How to Report a Building Problem:
If you notice a building janitorial, maintenance, safety, or indoor environmental problem (heat, cold, or air quality), you should report it immediately. Reporting is simple – just contact your Business Services Office/Officer. They will report the problem to the Property Management Office, who will dispatch janitorial or engineering staff. You may also report problems directly to CalEPA’s Facilities Services Unit (FSU) at facilities@calepa.ca.gov, or call FSU staff at (916) 324-3724 – but please also keep your Business Services Office/Officer informed. That way, he or she can track and ensure that the problem was resolved.
