Women in the Workplace Affinity Group

Mission

The CalEPA Women in the Workplace Affinity Group is dedicated to support and advocate for women, at all levels and backgrounds, in the workplace. We encourage and support one another to fulfill our goals in leadership potential, career and personal development through dialogue, training, and mentoring.

Vision

We improve professional and advancement experiences for all women at CalEPA while celebrating their successes big and small. The WWAG identifies women’s concerns within the workplace and addresses them through dialogue, community, and collective action.

Regular Meetings

Meetings will be held every third Wednesday of the month at 12 p.m.

What to Expect in our Regular Meetings

We have a combination of guest speakers and presentations that are led by members. We try to cover subject matter that our members have noted is of interest to them. We encourage members to present at meetings and/or suggest speakers who they believe the group would find interesting.
